I've been wanting to experience regression therapy since I first learned about it via the Brian Weiss books back in college. I didn't realize until Jeff's profile found its way onto my feed that this was something other people were being trained to do and were offering. He's able to do it remotely, which worked out because I live in AL. Immediately upon connecting with Jeff, I felt comfortable. He's warm and kind and it was easy to relax. As a healer/psychic/medium, I'm frequently tapped in to the non-physical realm so I wasn't certain if anything would come completely out of left field during the session, but sure enough, something did! I was very aware of what was going on throughout the session while simultaneously being in a vivid dream-like state. It was a very healing and revealing experience and I hope to do more with Jeff in the future.

What can I say. This experience exceeded my expectations. Upon meeting Jeff, his energy felt welcoming and heart warming, the space was very cozy, home-like feel. I felt extremely comfortable talking with Jeff and expressing, he was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable from the start. He explained to me the “plan” he structured before going into the hypnosis and explained very thoroughly how we would get to the subconscious mind and my higher-self. I had a few questions regarding my purpose here on earth, past life before my human life, and questions regarding the hummingbirds that have followed me since birth. I was under the hypnosis for about 2-3 hours yet it felt like 20-30 minutes. This experience provided me with the clarity I was searching for and I cannot wait for another session with Jeff in the very near future, since they’re are endless questions to our higher-self and what is beyond this physical reality. I have never done anything like this before. Jeff is an amazing person to talk to, and my hypno session was more than I expected it to be. I was nervous at first that it was not going to go as I hoped, but Jeff is an excellent consultant and he will listen to you and guide you the whole way. The energy felt so nice and safe, so take a deep breath and express everything you hold in. And if you start to sound crazy, good. That is exactly what you want to release before meditating deep into your answers. I recommend jeff more than anything for guidance.

I had an incredible session with Jeff. I talked with my Higher self during the hypnotherapy session. During the actual session I didn’t really feel like anything was different other than a relaxed, deep, and free thinking conversation. I have to say after the session my ENTIRE LIFE, changed and it wasn’t anything I changed in my routine during that week. My relationships improved and my self worth upgraded effortlessly. So that is why I can’t encourage a session with Jeff more! I feel like a potted plant that has been repotted and re-soiled with higher quality nutrients!

I went into this experience with an open mind and no expectations. What I left with was beyond magical. Starting from the interview process, I immediately felt at ease with Jeff. He has an energy that is so inviting it allows you to remain open to the process. From there, we went into the hypnotherapy of it all. Even though I was open, I did not anticipate what transpired in our session. Before I knew it, I fell into it, and what resulted was my spirit guides/higher self speaking through me and my body...something I did not believe was truly possible. To say this experience unearthed an abundance of past forgotten memories, karmic relationships/past life relationships, future occurrences and many childhood themes that I didn't realize were unsettled in my present life is an understatement. And as I experienced some of these moments, needless to say tears flowed, but not in a scary way. These were the most beautiful, euphoric tears I have ever cried. I'm still processing everything, but I can't thank Jeff enough for guiding me through this process as gently as he did. I will be back :)

My Story

Like many, my life was filled with unanswered questions that conventional wisdom couldn't satisfy. For 40 years, despite career success and fulfilling relationships, I grappled with understanding my true purpose, spiritual identity, and health. Intense, vivid waking dreams of other lives left me puzzled and yearning for clarity.


In 2009, my life changed profoundly. During a deeply relaxed state, I accessed a past life memory so vivid it felt like a new reality. This wasn't just a daydream; it was a gateway to understanding my existence. This transformative experience marked the beginning of my decade-long awakening.


Driven by this revelation, I immersed myself in the works of pioneers like Michael Newton, Dolores Cannon, and Brian Weiss. Their insights into past life regression and spiritual hypnosis provided the context I needed and inspired me to delve deeper.


In 2013, I underwent my first professional past life regression. It was a profound journey that introduced me to Sarah, a past incarnation, and reconnected me with my soul family and spirit guide. This session answered lifelong questions and aligned me with my true path.


Fueled by a newfound purpose, I dedicated myself to mastering spiritual hypnosis. I studied extensively, practiced techniques from various experts, and developed my own methods focused on helping others connect with their Higher Selves, Spirit Guides, Council of Elders, and the vast wisdom of the Akashic Records.


Over the years, I've facilitated hundreds of regressions, witnessing firsthand the transformative journeys of my clients. I've explored 19 of my own past lives and seen the profound impact of connecting with the spirit world.
