Setting the Stage for Relaxation: You'll be guided into a relaxed state, focusing on your breathing and finding a sense of calm. This gentle relaxation is key to preparing for the hypnosis journey.
Guided Hypnosis: Once relaxed, we'll proceed with the hypnosis. I'll guide you through imagery and suggestions to help you access your subconscious mind, always respecting your pace and comfort.
Exploration of Memories: In this state, we'll explore your memories. Remember, this is a journey of discovery, and you are in control. We'll approach each memory with care and without preconceived notions.
Gradual Re-awakening: At the end of the session, I'll guide you back to full awareness gently and slowly. You'll feel awake, refreshed, and in control.
